At Solsona Swim, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your swimwear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective liners and tags are attached, and include your printed return authorization slip.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned swimwear, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
